We were very happy with the service provided by Affordable Wildlife Control Company and would highly recommend them to any one requiring raccoon removal/control from house attic.
We heard raccoon noises from the attic in early April and called the company. Ann answered the phone and she was excellent in describing us what our options were for removing the raccoon family and the costs. Per her advise, We opted to wait for 7-8 weeks so that babies would not have to be put into insulated boxes and left in the back yard. By late May mother raccoon was ready to move out from the attic into the wild. Then Blair came and made our roof vents raccoon proof by installing heavy wires around all of the vents and also installed a one way door for raccoons to get out in case all the babies were not gone. Two weeks later, he came back to remove the one way door and fixed that area with wire cage. He was very professional and courteous. Both times he came when promised, called in advance to give us 15-20 minutes heads up.
The service comes with a 2 year guarantee if all roof vents are protected by wire cages. This is a good idea to avoid future problems with raccoons.

They were able to come right away, the raccoon was caught that night and they promptly came to pick up the other trap, once we felt it was only one raccoon. Their expertise in knowing it was a raccoon and not squirrels was correct. Thank you!!
Thank you for the review Beth. When a raccoon is sleeping in between the screen door and chewing everything within arms reach the only option is to trap & relocate. Thanks for checking it so early and letting me know it was caught.
I am very happy with their prompt and efficient service at competitive charges. One-way door was installed pending the raccoon to come out from my attic. Then the broken soffit was repaired with protective screenings. Excellent service and clear explanation to customers!

My son found a family of raccoons in the back of our garage. We did some research and my son and I agreed on AAA Affordable Wildlife Control. The main draw was humane live catch and release. I want them gone, not hurt. And the bonus was the great prices. They explained everything before they did any work and there was no pressure.

Squirrel Removal
After hearing the scratches of squirrels in my attic one too many times, I called AAA Affordable Wildlife Control. And I am glad I did.
From my first phone call, to Blair coming over to, humanely, remove the squirrels from my attic. And he took the time to find all the access points and seal them up.
Dependable, solid and affording safety to themselves, us the customers, as well as the animals they removed from the property.

Sneaky Racoons
AAA Affordable Wildlife Control review in Toronto
I have been dealing with squirrels and raccoons in and on my house. Very stressful as a home owner to have them repeatedly damaging your roof. Blair came as assessed the damage and came up with a plan to install a prevention screen. Unfortunately the racoons started pulling the metal screen out but I was so relieved that Blair returned to put the screen back in and even went the extra mile to repair the damage done.

Very Dependable
Self Storage review in Markham
We had scratching noise behind one of our kitchen cabinets mounted onto an outside wall, Sean from AAA Affordable Wildlife Control came to inspect the outside of the house to find the entry point of the critters. He sealed one of the most obvious vent duct, but the noise did not stop. He called to ask about the noise and came back again after a week to look for another entry point, this time he found one at the garage and he sealed it up, and the noise stopped.
We are pleased with the service.
